Our segregation process ensures that we have extensive control on our inputs, thus ensuring the right mix of raw materials is used in the melting process. This measure helps in achieving consistent chemical composition across batches.
Our chemical and physical laboratories are equipped with the latest and most advanced equipment including a Spectrometer and a universal testing machine. These are manned by an experienced team of qualified professionals to ensure that quality control processes are standardised across shifts.
Our quality control process mandates periodic sampling at every stage of the production process. Samples are taken at regular intervals starting from the liquid metal chemical analysis at the furnace, to the final sampling of each GBR TMT lot.
Our system of batch-wise charging and stocking of raw material and finished goods coupled with a traceability system enables us to detail and trace the physical and chemical composition of every lot.
Such comprehensive systems have enabled us to be certified for our quality management systems as per ISO 9001:2015 standards. Our product is certified by the Bureau of Indian Standards for adherence to the norms prescribed by the IS 1786:2008 standard for TMT Bars and the IS 2830:2012 standard for billets.
